Abstract:

In the article we have considered the content and specificity of the process of formation of the teaching staff in the light of the competence model of education. As a result of the study, we came to the conclusion that the effective implementation of advanced training of teachers of preschool education is possible through methodological work, which is an integrated system, the purpose of which is to improve their skills through self-study (self-education) or joint activities.
