Abstract:

In the article we have considered the formation and current state of educational management in Russia. As a result of the study, we came to the conclusion that the victory of socialism in the USSR ensured the rapid and comprehensive development of the country, the educational and cultural level of the Soviet people. And, at the same time, speaking about the formation and state of post-Soviet Russia, we can conclude that the role of education in this period has lost its importance and significance. Education was no longer a primary factor in the development of statehood and society as a whole.
